Refund & Cancellation Policy

1 Overview

Our test packs are digital products that are delivered instantly after payment. Because of this, purchases are generally non-refundable once the pack has been activated and used. However, we want every student to be treated fairly, so refunds are given in the cases listed below.

2 Cases eligible for a full refund

• Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same pack.
• Failed activation: money was debited but the pack was not activated on your account and our team could not activate it within 48 hours.
• Technical issue: a serious technical problem on our side stopped you from using the pack, and we could not fix it within 72 hours of your complaint.
• Wrong purchase: you bought the wrong class/stream pack and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase without attempting more than 2 tests from it. (We can also switch the pack for you instead.)

3 Cases not eligible for a refund

• Change of mind after using the pack, requests made after the eligible period, or dissatisfaction with your exam result.
• Accounts suspended for sharing login details or copying content.

4 Cancellation

Test packs are one-time purchases — there is no automatic renewal or subscription, so there is nothing to cancel later. If a payment is still pending, you may cancel the order by contacting us before the pack is activated.

5 How to request a refund

Email support@biharboardtest.com or WhatsApp +91 70233 79482 with your registered mobile number, transaction ID, date of payment and the reason for refund. Our team will review the request and reply within 2 working days.

6 Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet). The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank.
