The terms that apply when you use Bihar Board Test, create an account or purchase any online test pack. Please read them carefully.
1 Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Bihar Board Test, the owner and operator of biharboardtest.com. By accessing the website, registering or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2 Our services
Bihar Board Test provides online objective practice tests, model papers, previous year question practice and performance reports for Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) Class 10 and Class 12 students. Some tests are free; complete test packs are available on payment as described on our Pricing page.
3 Eligibility & accounts
Users below 18 years of age must use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. One account is meant for one student and must not be shared.
4 Pricing & payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are accepted through our payment gateway partner via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets. We may change prices at any time, but the change will not affect packs you have already purchased.
5 Access & validity
Access to a purchased test pack is given instantly after successful payment and remains valid for the period mentioned on the Pricing page (usually till the next Bihar Board exam). Access is personal and non-transferable.
6 Refunds & cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7 Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, record, resell or publicly share our questions, solutions or test content; not to attempt to hack, overload or disrupt the website; and not to use the website for any unlawful purpose. Violation may lead to suspension of your account without refund.
8 Intellectual property
All original questions, explanations, designs, logos and software on this website are the property of Bihar Board Test and are protected by Indian copyright law. Textbook names and syllabus references belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.
9 Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Bihar Board Test is an independent practice platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) or the Government of Bihar. We work hard to keep content accurate, but we do not guarantee any particular exam result. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant test pack.
10 Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at East Champaran (Motihari), Bihar.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
